How to reduce PDF file size without losing quality

A PDF that is too large is more than an annoyance — it bounces from email inboxes, gets rejected by upload forms with size caps, and slowly fills your cloud storage. The good news is that most oversized PDFs can be made dramatically smaller without any visible loss in quality, because much of their bulk comes from inefficiency rather than essential content.

Why PDFs get so big
