These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PDF Editor (the “Service”), operated by MagicApps. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

PDF Editor provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF files. You may use the Service for lawful personal and business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it for harmful purposes, or use it to process content you do not have the right to handle.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the files you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive, store, or claim any ownership over your documents. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and modify any file you process.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to keep the tools accurate and reliable, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet your specific requirements. Always keep a backup of your original files.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to process, distribute, or create unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
  • Do not attempt to remove protection from documents you are not authorised to access.
  • Do not use automated means to overload or abuse the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, text, and branding are the property of MagicApps. The underlying PDF processing relies on open-source libraries under their respective licenses.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
